These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the FirstHash wedding photography tool by firsthash pvt ltd. By accessing or using FirstHash, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1.1. To access certain features of FirstHash, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate and complete information.
1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
2.1. You may use FirstHash solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2.2. You agree not to engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of FirstHash or compromise the security of the platform.
3.1. Payment for FirstHash services is required in accordance with the pricing and billing terms specified on the platform.
3.2. Refunds will only be issued if the following conditions are met:

7.1. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of FirstHash, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8.1. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate FirstHash or your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian government, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
