However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. Please review our refund policy below for details on eligibility, process, and timelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

1. Usage Duration: You must have actively used the FirstHash app continuously for a minimum of 25 days from the date of purchase.

2. Project Completion: You must have completed more than 10 projects within a calendar month using the FirstHash platform.

3. Chosen plan: Refund is only available in monthly, quarterly and Yearly plans. Lifetime plans are subjects to no refund at all.

Refund Process:

If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at support@firsthash.in to initiate the refund process.

2. Provide Details: Please provide your account information and a brief explanation of your reason for the refund.

3. Review and Approval: Our team will review your request and verify eligibility based on the provided information.

4. Refund Issuance: If your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items:

Please note that certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

• Any services or features purchased outside of the FirstHash platform.
• Subscription fees paid for periods beyond the date of the refund request.
